Bagonia.pk is only liable to return items within 7 days from the date of delivery. Items claimed for return after 7 days are not acceptable.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at Support@bagonia.pk. Return Postage is paid by buyer. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Sale items cannot be exchanged or returned.
All refunds shall be made via bank transfer and only for the product value, not for any shipping charges incurred. Also, the shipping cost of the returns shall be borne by the customer.
Note: The decision of the company will be considered final in all scenarios.
